John embarked on a mission to mold the next generation of leaders while honing his skills as an instructor at the esteemed Air Force Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy.    

 With a focus on advanced leadership and management, he guided senior enlisted leaders from across the Department of Defense and allied nations through a transformative 240-hour training journey.  After his retirement from the Air Force, John launched Power 2 Transform Consulting.  For over two decades, he’s designed and facilitated custom leadership programs and succession plans, helping mid-sized businesses strategically grow.
